The Airport pick-up fee is £106 for Heathrow and £172 for Gatwick.

You will not have to pay the taxi at the time, you will be invoiced by HIC at a later date.

HIC require 48 hours' notice to book an airport pick up for a student.

The charge above includes a £10 administration fee as well as 20% VAT.There will also be an additional parking fee if this is incurred. If your pick up is delayed for any reason you will be charged £10 per half hour delay plus extra parking fees (plus 20% VAT). Failure to inform HIC of a cancellation or change in arrival details will incur a penalty fee of the price of the pickup. If transport is required for more than two passenger (to a max of four passengers per booking) then an additional £10 (plus 20% VAT) will be charged to the booking as a large car will be sent. Other airports are available for pickup, prices are available upon request.
