The College Lane and de-Havilland campuses are really close and you will find our excellent sports, social and learning facilities spread across them. In fact, they are linked by a network
of paths, cycle routes and a handy shuttle bus. Wherever you are, there is a fresh, contemporary environment with fantastic resources, a range of student services and lots to do. If you are travelling to see friends and family, you are close to the A1(M) and Hatfield train station, just twenty minutes from London’s King’s Cross.
The region’s best art gallery sits at the heart of it all, surrounded by specialist teaching facilities, one of the UK’s largest Learning Resources Centres, student accommodation, a medical centre and of course, the amazing new Students’ Union complex – the Forum comprising a restaurant, coffee shop, bars, shop and a 1,500 capacity auditorium with a stage and the latest sound systems and lighting. Uno buses get you where you want to be fast. Hop on to travel between Hatfield and St Albans up until midnight, right through term-time. Along with the region’s public buses, Uno also runs to Hatfield station and town centre, across the region and into North London.
